Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan is an experienced international education and immigration professional with over 14 years of global experience across the Americas and Asia. He brings a unique blend of academic expertise, cultural fluency, and strategic leadership to his new role as Regional Head for Latin America at Worldwide EduConnect.

A product of international cooperation in the Americas, Patrick was born in Colombia and has lived in Peru, Brazil, and Argentina—an upbringing that shaped his deep understanding of the region’s diverse cultural and educational landscapes.

In his current role, Patrick leads regional strategy and operations for Latin America, building and strengthening partnerships with institutions, agencies, and stakeholders to expand access to international education opportunities. He is passionate about creating pathways that connect students from Latin America to high-quality global learning experiences through innovation, relationship-building, and policy insight.

Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Immigration and Settlement Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations with a minor in Latin American Studies. He is fluently trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) certified by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), he brings valuable regulatory knowledge to his work in global mobility and student recruitment.

His interests lie at the intersection of global mobility, international education, immigration policy, and education technology. He is particularly focused on using data, digital tools, and strategic partnerships to enhance the student journey—from initial inquiry to successful arrival and beyond.
